Tanguy Etoga, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Laval University and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from McGill University in Canada. He has over 20 years of experience in the food industry supporting businesses in achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance. Expertise includes label reviews, training programs, and the implementation of food safety standards such as HACCP, GFSI, CFIA, EU, FDA, and USDA requirements. Also has extensive experience in GMP implementation and conducting internal and external audits. He is passionate about helping organizations strengthen their food safety systems through practical and sustainable solutions.
