Susan Braymen assists clients with food safety management systems including Food Defense Plans, Food Fraud Prevention, Preventive Controls and HACCP Plans. She performs Food Safety GAP Analysis, cGMP, FSMA, BRC and SQF Audits and creates corrective action plans utilizing her comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Food Safety Standards and Regulatory Codes. She also assists with technical writing, editing, and proofreading (including Government Proposals, Federal Administration Reports, Audit Reports, Medical Abstracts, Training Manuals, Educational Materials) and the development of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Audit Checklists.
