Lisa Zitiello has over 25 years in professional evaluation, teaching and practical application of safe food handling techniques. Her expertise is seafood processing and HACCP program development, GFSI and GMP audit preparation, FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food program development, regulatory inspection preparedness and food handler personnel training. She is a lead instructor for Preventive Controls for Qualified Individuals.
