Jayne Roth is a Food Safety Advisor with a master’s degree in public health. Her special interests include infectious disease control and food safety rule interpretations. She is well-versed in food safety regulatory compliance and regulatory structure of public health jurisdictions as well as local and state. While at the Illinois Department of Public Health, she was the FDA Standardization Officer, ensuring consistency of interpretation of applicable laws and regulations. She also has industry experience including Walmart Home Office, working with the compliance directors and field teams to drive food safety.
