Dr. David W Koenig has over 36 years of experience in the Life Sciences (Microbiology and Skin Biology) with government labs (NASA), private industry R&D, and academia. Working for NASA, Betz PaperChem, Kimberly Clark Global, and Kimberly Clark Professional have all contributed to a broad and deep expertise. He has demonstrated expertise in microbiology, skin and vaginal biology and microbiome, infection control, pre-saturated wipe formulation / converting, and water quality. Implemented strategies, tactics, and communications with regulatory bodies, including FDA, EPA, TGA, and EN (REACH / BPD), necessary to advance commercial innovation globally. He is also adept in writing manuscripts, technical sales material, and development / teaching of workshops. To date, he has 62 published book chapters/manuscripts and 82 granted US patents.
