Daniel Wu has a Ph.D. in Food Engineering and joins EAS with 15 years of experience in food safety, QA/QC, research and development in food industry. He is a process authority in thermal processing of LACF and Acidified foods, and an expert in various non-thermal process technologies. Additionally he has expertise in quality certifications of fresh produce and processed foods, is knowledgeable with Produce Safety Rules (PSR), FSMA and USDA regulations. Daniel’s technical skills include data analytics, statistical process control, Solidworks Modeling, and he is highly experienced in MAP, shelf life study and extension, validation studies and others. Daniel is HACCP, SQF and PSR certified, PrimusGFS trained, and is a certified PCQI.
