Phil Dazo is an experienced product developer with over 35 food industry experience with product development and launch of mayonnaises, dressings and sauces ambient, both refrigerated and frozen in the USA and abroad. Additionally, he is an expert in acid, acidified and low acid thermal processing. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Rutgers University and holds three patents, two in the US and one International for groundbreaking food processing techniques.
