Theresa Whitemarsh is a seasoned food industry leader with extensive experience in FDA and USDA labeling regulations, substantiation of compelling and compliant product claims, certifications like Kosher, Organic, and non-GMO, and management of regulatory-driven projects like Bioengineered Disclosure and Nutrition Facts updates due to new regulations. Her most recent years of experience are in the food labeling space; she has experience across other corporate technical functions and has led or participated in initiatives like specification system and content requirements, supplier quality processes and documentation, allergen assessments, and product development commercialization projects. Theresa has worked for large and medium-sized food companies and has product category depth in pizza, pasta sauce, vinegars, and dressings as well as breadth in many categories, including ice cream, frozen foods, cheese, snack nuts, lunch meat, and snack kits.
