Sivan Ananth has 28 years of experience in the Aquaculture and seafood industries and 20 in the pasteurized crab meat industry. He has a B.S. in Fisheries Science and an M.S. in Coastal Aquaculture. Sivan is skilled in the Food Safety Management Systems of BRC, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO 22000, PCQI and GMP.
