Jonathan Morse began his career with the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) as a Relief Food Inspector. He was later promoted to Consumer Safety Officer, where he continued serving as a relief inspector. His career advanced with a promotion to Enforcement Investigations and Analysis Officer (EIAO).
In addition to his government service, Jonathan gained private-sector experience by working for one year as a Corporate HACCP Coordinator before being promoted to Senior Program Auditor on the International Audit Staff. He retired from the USDA in September 2025 and currently provides consulting services worldwide to foreign governments and food establishments.
