Elise Forward provides food safety oversight for processes, products and raw materials including risk assessments. She assesses supplier programs to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements and quality systems. She also designs, implements and executes crisis management programs. Elise has expertise in a variety of food safety systems including GFSI standards, SQF, BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000. She is experienced with Kosher, Organic, Fair Trade and Sustainability.
