Thomas BellTom Bell is an expert in food, OTC-drug, medical device and cosmetic regulations, specifically their quality systems, compliance to standards, and prevention of microbial contamination. Prior to consulting he spent a number of years with Procter and Gamble where he worked in Quality Assurance, Product Safety and Microbiology. He is a Registered Environmental Health Sanitarian, a FSMA Qualified Lead Instructor and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual, a USDA HACCP Instructor and has a Ph.D. in Microbiology & Physiology from the College of Veterinary Medicine & College of Agriculture at The Ohio State University.
