Stephen Hufford is a Food Safety Consultant, HACCP Lead Instructor and FSPCA Lead Instructor for Human Foods. He has worked in food safety for over thirty-nine years. Stephen has been instrumental in using creative approaches to solve many of the difficult food safety issues existing in manufacturing facilities where he has worked and consulted. He has extensive experience in plan writing and has helped many firms achieve GFSI certification.
