Implementing SQF 8.0 Systems

October 3-4, 2017
St. Louis, MO

The two-day “Implementing SQF 8.0 Systems” Seminar provides the most up-to-date and thorough analysis of the latest SQF code, and reviews how the new Edition 8.0 compares to requirements for the Preventive Controls Rules under the Food Safety Modernization Act.  The course focuses on practical industry-tested models and methods for achieving compliance. And, for facilities that are already SQF certified, the course lays forth the major code changes  to help you prepare for SQF compliance under Edition 8.0 which takes effect in January 2018.

After completion of the training, students may choose to sit for a SQFI certification exam.

SQF 8.0 will be followed by a two-day seminar on the latest SQF Quality Code, (formerly Level 3).  All food quality requirements have been incorporated into this new and separate “SQF Quality Code”.

EAS Consulting Group is a licensed SQFI training center.
