Mike works with EAS clients to improve Operations and Supply Chains. He specializes in improvements in Operational Leadership, Operational Results, Supply Chain Design, Operating Culture, and all aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures & Partnerships. Prior to joining EAS, Mike worked for more than 30 years at Procter & Gamble. He has deep understanding of FDA OTC Drug Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Operational Requirements, Documentation, Accountability, Traceability, and Validation. He has excellent technical understanding of Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing including Liquid making, Power/Granulation compounding, Tablet making, Power mixing & conveying, Liquid Packaging, Solids Packaging, Bulk Raw Material Handling, and Finished Product storage.
