Jessica has over 17 years in the food and beverage industry, serving in a variety of roles, from running Quality Assurance labs to creating food safety plans, policies and procedures. A microbiologist by trade, she helps facilities earn high marks and certifications, such as Excellence in Manufacturing from the International Bottled Water Association, as well as SQF Level 3 certifications for manufacturing facilities in both the bottled water and dairy industries. Jessica is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Global Food Law.
