Charlie Kalish consults with both retailers and manufacturers in the food industry. He is well versed in products such as cured meats, canned foods, fermented foods, dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt), baked goods, nut butters and nut butter products, alcohol beverages and wine. Charlie assists with design and improvement programs for reduced oxygen packaging, repackaging of dry goods, seafood and juice HACCP. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Oslo, Norway.
